who knows why these ovrflows are in there, ive seen these too in msmpeg4v3
maybe its microsofts ultra secret trick on how to save 1 bit per gigabyte
on EOB symbols
or maybe its simply a encoder bug
or maybe its one of these backdoors the NSA insists on
