[Ffmpeg-devel] Last frame always ignored by FFMPEG

Hello John,

are you sure it's a bug/issue in ffmpeg?

I found that with the technology shown in apisample.c, the problem is
gone.

Also, I never had this problem with DV, only with MPEG, as it's a
"feature" of the compression format.
