[Ffmpeg-devel] ffmpeg will include AVS video decoder (Not AviSynth)?

Where are the specs?

For those who are too lazy to google, this is Chinese codec probably
the result of some serious NIH syndrome in Beijing.  It is unlikely to
become wide-spread outside China.  Even so, there is no reason ffmpeg
should not be able to decode it.
