[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Show SVN revision number in version output

Hi,

Other thread dive into the merits of using svnversion hence a new fresh thread 
here , this time using Makefile approach as configure might not change with 
every commit hence might not run. This version uses svnversion and only slow 
for the first run, so its neglectible slowdown.

Please comment/apply.
