[Ffmpeg-devel] FFmpeg strange work

But I don't know exactly what is the type. The only I know is mime-type
of the file.

The -f (like most options) affects inputs coming after it on the
command line, so what you want is "ffmpeg -f mp3 -i tmp_1.mpga 1.mp3"
