[Ffmpeg-devel] Frame grabber as input

I want to use a MP4 frame grabber that is not a V4L device.  The api has
a callback function that is called everytime a frame is ready.  The data
is listed as being in a raw mpeg4 format.  I want to use libavformat,
specifically mpegtsenc so I can stream the video over a network.  Has
anyone done this?  Could anyone point me in the right direction.  At the
same time I would also want to write the video to an avi file, can this
library have two outputs?
