Its more than true - SORBS pass a whole /24 net to list and ask for 50$ to
remove _each_ IP from list. Without any comments or conversations.

No, it`s not _city_ districts, it`s an occupated whole city. And robbed by

Blame SORBS too - the 60% of CIS (Russia, Ukraine, Belarus etc.) ISP`s AS IP
blocks (/16 /24 and so on ) are in SORBS totally. Using SORBS as DNSBL is
now a _great_ movetone by large ISP in here.
