[Ffmpeg-devel] Install bug since revision 5730

Since revision 5730, some path have been changed in configure, but it 
broke non-default install (not in /usr/local):

Using:
./configure --prefix=/vol/comp/dev/egf/local --enable-shared --enable-pp 
--enable-gpl

make install now gives:
[...]
make[1]: Entering directory `/vol/comp/egf/source/ffmpeg/libavutil'
install -d "/usr/local/lib"
install: cannot change permissions of `/usr/local/lib': Operation not 
permitted
make[1]: *** [install-lib-shared] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/vol/comp/dev/egf/source/ffmpeg/libavutil'
make: *** [install-libs] Error 2
