[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] small fixes ifdef/missing define

I had some little glitches compiling ffmpeg as part of mplayer on mingw,
here are 2 patches:

fixes wav.c compilation if CONFIG_MUXERS is not defined

http://oss.netfarm.it/mplayer/patches/xx_libavcodec_lost_sbutterfly.diff
dunno if same problem on unix but on mingw SBUTTERFLY does get defined
in h264dsp_mmx.c
