no not really, its not a question of hoping and then hell breaking loose
if iam wrong, its rather knowing that 
* almost all containers being unable to store more then 32/32
* probably no application being able to accurately deal with more then
  32/32

at this point you just wonder from where do you get such a file and how
could it be stored ...

* rounding to 32/32 and rounding timestamps, well your timestamps will be
  off by <1ns

and dont tell me to rewrite everything to avoid a 1ns error for a nonexistent
hypothetical case
