[Ffmpeg-devel] local playback of 3gp files

Hi,
it looks like there is a bug in libavformat/movenc.c,
when writing the damr tag for AMR audio. Files generated using
ffmeg will play fine when streamed using Helix or Darwin,
but there is no audio when doing a playback from the local
filesystem. The attached (very simple) patch fixes this 
problem.
