[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] aiff/aiff-c format encoder and decoder

Hi,

I created an AIFF/AIFF-C file format encoder and decoder. Currently
supports integer PCM files codecs and uLaw/ALaw.
Sample files for testing can be found at:

http://www-mmsp.ece.mcgill.ca/Documents/AudioFormats/AIFF/Samples.html

The code was tested on linux x86, comments are welcome
