[Ffmpeg-devel] PSP movie output: -title doesn't work

Ok, I was wrong. Patch posted here in september does work. It doesn't
apply cleanly to current cvs, thou (minor differences).
No fps issues observed.
Any reason why patch wasn't applied ?
