[Ffmpeg-devel] JPEG-LS decoder

Here is JPEG-LS decoder preview, it's not complete and can decode 
grayscale only lossless and near-lossless compressed images without 
interleaving.
Please tell how I should set colorspace for every case and how I should 
handle scans in RGB images (every plane - new scan).
Any other comments are welcome too.
