[Ffmpeg-devel] Where do I report bugs?

I agree with Norman.
 	I also reported a bug about one week ago and I got no answer. A 
couple of days latter I sent an email with a patch and again I received no 
answer. Currently I dont know if my report was simply ignored or it is in 
a queue to be read and processed.
