IIRC you can choose to produce little endian audio in FCP, but I cannot 
verify this.

I have samples for in24, in32, fl32 and fl64 in both little and big endian.
I can upload them somewhere if someone needs them.

Ahh, and yes, the default is big endian if the enda atom is missing, all big
endian samples I have, have no enda atoms.
