[Ffmpeg-devel] [BUG] wmv2 file frame rate detected as 0.08fps instead of 30fps

Hi all,

I uploaded framerate_misdetected.wmv to MPlayer's ftp/incoming. ffmpeg from 
SVN detects frame rate for this file as 0.08 fps but MPlayer from SVN 
correctly detects it as 30fps.
