Do you understand what I'm asking about?
FFMpeg is compiled with gcc even under Windows. I just want to link it with
projects which use MSVS. So I need changes only in exported headers.

And it use nasm to get ASM code compiled. So it is *fully* optimized under
Windows, as far as I know.

Sure. And we could not imagine all feedbacks that exist in this dynamc system.
We could not predict all consequences of our doings.
