[Ffmpeg-devel] Using libavcodec to decode I-Frame from TS file

I'd like to decode a manually extracted I-Picture from
a TS file. Does anyone know how can I do that using
libavcodec? 

I'm not interested in having the extraction of the
frame done automatically by ffmpeg. The insteresting
stuff is to manually follow PAT, PMT, grab one
I-frame. Now the problem: how can I view this frame???
