[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Use add_cflags and add_ldflags consistently in configure

Discussion: A few months ago (r5486), mru added some
functions for manipulating CFLAGS/LDFLAGS/extralibs.
This patch tidies up configure a little by using
these functions instead of directly manipulating
those variables.
