[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] register PNG image format - used by vhook/logo.c

In order to use PNG alpha-channel compositing with vhook/logo.c (I've 
recently submitted this as a new vhook), PNG needs to be a registered image 
format.

logo.c is not dependent on this patch - but without it, users will need to 
manually patch their source to use PNGs.

Regression tests seem to work fine.
