I spoke too soon, build with binutils-2.17.50-20060716-1.tar.gz succeeds,
but ffmpeg.exe dies upon startup.

Build with binutils-2.16.91-20060119-1.tar.gz succeeds, and ffmpeg.exe runs.
But "make test" doesn't work, probably some more $(EXESUF) are needed
in tests Makefile.
