You seem to be trying to compile ffmpeg.c in VisualStudio. I think 
you've misunderstood the documentation: you're not supposed to compile 
*any* of the ffmpeg sources in VisualStudio, except avcodec.h and 
avformat.h which you should include in *your* own sources.
