Mr Niedermayer, you were right. Mr Milan Cutka wrote me it wasn't being used,
indeed. He provided me with a newer build and I'm very happy to say
it works beatifully. :)


The frames decoded by libavcodec are now pixel-identical to those
produced by xvid. :) For the sake of completeness, here are two
screenshots.

Thank you very much for your work on the fix and sorry I irritated you.
The results look perfect with my sample clips now.
