[Ffmpeg-devel] Hi!

Hi gays,
I've some problems with MinGW.
If i write
ffmpeg -i charpone_qcif_H263_rec90_28k.yuv out.avi

on the display appears this message

"It's impossible start this application. avcodec.dll not found.
A new installation of the application, could solve tha problem."

What can i do?
