Here is my patch which enables playback of TM2 movies from Final Fantasy.
What has been done:
* more space for delta table (64 instead of 32);
* treat zero-length data as huge run-length coded 1st element from 
huffman table.

You can see hard chroma artifacts during playback (especially at the end 
of movies). That bug has been mentioned by me, but it was not seen so 
clearly as in these samples (www.multimedia.cx/tm2/*logo.avi)
