[Ffmpeg-devel] Bug, new format, and question =)

Dear ffmpeg.

I have tried to upload a new format to the ftp server, but there isn't
permission to create a directory. Can someone help out?

It is these files that I wanted to upload:

Many Linux programs uses getopts() for argument handling. How can it be
that ffmpeg and mplayer doesn't?
