Yes but you could learn them with subtitle ;)
In fact it is really helpful if you want understand where some name 
comme from (see how some kanji are modified, decomposition in kanji, ...)

Yes all this aren't necessary, but it is an interesting bonus.

I never say to not include the source (could could have a stream with 
precompiled one, and an other with the source)...
If you have all the font, tools, ... needed, you could regenerate it.
Do you really think everybody need to resize it, fix spelling errors, ... ?
