[Ffmpeg-devel] ffmpeg crashes on windows

Hi all,

I installed ffmpeg on windows and all went well until
i try to use it :p it's just crashes and windows tells
me this application has caused an error.

i did

./configure --enable-shared --enable-memalign-hack
make
make install

I am using windows XP on a dell dimension 8400
My computer is a pentium 4 3.2 GHz with 1Gig RAM.

Does anyone know what's wrong.
