Arvind R., the creator of ffmpeg_acl. He does extensive testing for 
many codecs/configurations, and finds bugs I never considered possible.

He sent me a huge patch for testing and I decided to post all fixes,
which apply for ffmpeg.org, here. I tested everything contained in 
the patch.

For everything I post here, you can savely put my name under it.
If I get a patch, I don't want to be responsible for, I won't post it.
