[Ffmpeg-devel] AMR support

I found in the changelog that ffmpeg now supports AMR
codec. Does this mean that sourcecode does not need to
be fetched from 3gpp anymore?

I have previously tried to compile for AMR support for
version version 0.4.8, using instructions from
http://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?t=10209
