Some old ir21.dll (or ir21_r.dll) or indeo_u.drv. Maybe indeo.drv from 
Mplayer site (with Indeo 2 samples) will do.
Note that's 16-bit decoder and may not work on.

I also uploaded puppy-raw.avi to incoming/ directory on mplayerhq. This 
is puppy-05.avi 320x240 produced from original decoder in raw YVU9 (No 
blocks seen in MPlayer, but I suspect that's its colorspace conversion 
done that).
