[FFmpeg-cvslog] lavfi/vf_vpp_qsv: add "a", "dar" and "sar" variables

lavfi/vf_vpp_qsv: add "a", "dar" and "sar" variables
Also fix the naming style in enum var_name.
This is in preparation for reusing the code for other QSV filters.
