[FFmpeg-cvslog] tests: Correctly distinguish between SAMPLES and TARGET_SAMPLES for hls_fmp4_ac3.m3u8

tests: Correctly distinguish between SAMPLES and TARGET_SAMPLES for hls_fmp4_ac3.m3u8

This fixes the test when running in a cross test setup where the
samples are located at a different path between build host and
temote test target.
