[FFmpeg-cvslog] avcodec/zmbvenc: Use ff_deflate_init/end() wrappers

avcodec/zmbvenc: Use ff_deflate_init/end() wrappers

They emit better error messages (it does not claim that inflateInit
failed upon an error from deflateInit!) and uses our allocation functions.
