[FFmpeg-cvslog] fftools/ffmpeg: only set OutputStream.frame_number for video encoding

fftools/ffmpeg: only set OutputStream.frame_number for video encoding
It is unused otherwise.
Rename the field to vsync_frame_number to better reflect its current
purpose.
