[FFmpeg-cvslog] fftools/ffmpeg: fix the type of limit_filesize

fftools/ffmpeg: fix the type of limit_filesize

The option is parsed as INT64 (signed). It is also compared to the
output of avio_tell(), which is also int64_t.
