[FFmpeg-cvslog] avcodec/libdav1d: set frame props from the reordered packet

avcodec/libdav1d: set frame props from the reordered packet
Attach the AVPacket instead of only a few values to the corresponding Dav1dData
struct and use it to set all output frame props.
