[FFmpeg-cvslog] lavc/qsvdec: update HDR side data on output AVFrame

lavc/qsvdec: update HDR side data on output AVFrame

The SDK may provides HDR metadata for HDR streams via mfxExtBuffer
attached on output mfxFrameSurface1
