[FFmpeg-cvslog] doc/volume: correct placement of replaygain_noclip

doc/volume: correct placement of replaygain_noclip

In the merge commit 878f8b0d26, entry for replaygain_noclip
was placed in commands, which it is not, instead of among
the options.
