avcodec/ivi: Reduce dereferencing structs in inner loop of ivi_process_empty_tile()

This speeds the code up by about 15%
Testcase: 13779/clusterfuzz-testcase-minimized-ffmpeg_AV_CODEC_ID_INDEO4_fuzzer-5699589711069184
