[FFmpeg-cvslog] vf_*_vaapi: Support increasing hardware frame pool size

vf_*_vaapi: Support increasing hardware frame pool size
Defaults to 10 frames to preserve compatibility, but can allocate
fewer if extra_hw_frames is set explicitly.
