[FFmpeg-cvslog] avformat/movenc: let avpriv_ac3_parse_header() allocate the AC3HeaderInfo struct

avformat/movenc: let avpriv_ac3_parse_header() allocate the AC3HeaderInfo struct

This removes sizeof(AC3HeaderInfo) from the ABI.
