[FFmpeg-cvslog] mmaldec: Fix avpriv_atomic_get usage

mmaldec: Fix avpriv_atomic_get usage

There is no avpriv_atomic_get, instead avpriv_atomic_int_get is to be used for
integers. This fixes building mmaldec.
