[FFmpeg-cvslog] x86: vc1dsp_mmx: Move yasm initiation steps to vc1dsp_init

x86: vc1dsp_mmx: Move yasm initiation steps to vc1dsp_init

That's where all yasm initiation steps are. Also removes the overlap
between the two files.
