[FFmpeg-cvslog] aacenc: (re)enable Mid/Side coding by default

aacenc: (re)enable Mid/Side coding by default

Apparently it was set to be enabled by default but after the
profile commits it was reverted to be off by default because
I didn't notice.
Works well so (re)enable it.
