[FFmpeg-cvslog] avformat/bit: check that pkt->size is 10 in write_packet

avformat/bit: check that pkt->size is 10 in write_packet

Ohter packet sizes are not supported by this muxer.

This avoids a null pointer dereference of pkt->data.
