[FFmpeg-cvslog] libswresample: Avoid needlessly large on-stack array.

libswresample: Avoid needlessly large on-stack array.

We only actually need to use a tiny part of it.
Unfortunately we seem to have no real test coverage on
the code, so this is a bit risky.
