[FFmpeg-cvslog] lavr: check that current_buffer is not NULL before using it

lavr: check that current_buffer is not NULL before using it

Fixes a segfault during resampling when compiled with -DDEBUG.
Fixes all fate-lavr-resample tests with -DDEBUG.
