[FFmpeg-cvslog] avio: Use AVERROR_PROTOCOL_NOT_FOUND

avio: Use AVERROR_PROTOCOL_NOT_FOUND

When the protocol is missing ffurl_alloc() should return
AVERROR_PROTOCOL_NOT_FOUND instead of AVERROR(ENOENT).
